I am a Norwegian grandpa. While watching my guitar hero, John Fahey at YouTube, so I was lead to another hero, Doc Watson, and then to my new heroine: YOU! It is hard to believe ones ears! If you ever come to Norway, it will be me sitting there in the middle of the first row!

Sierra, you playing is truly amazing, my son turned me on to your site and I cought you with Allison at the Rymand. My son plays guitar, mandolin and piano, my son in law plays and teaches mandolin, guitar and fiddle and I have been playing guitar, bass and me vocal cords for some 40 years. We plan on attending your next festival. God bless and keep on jamming. A New devoted fan.

Sierra: I am the leader of "Southern Tradition Bluegrass Band" and played on Sat., October 13th at The TN. Homecoming, Norris TN. We played on Stage 2 shortly before you and Ron Block and band played, and I was totally impressed with your singing and playing. I saw you also on Stage 1. I have visited YouTube and seen some of your clips there and look forward to the release of your new album. If you ever play in our area (Charlotte, N. C.) I would like to be your front or warm up band. Have you checked out the "Neighborhood Theatre" as a possible play site. If you need any information about that venue, let me know and I can sdend you information as to the contact person, telephone numbers, etc.... I love seeing young talents like yourself playing Bluegrass, my favorite music. I have been playing music for almost 70 years, and grew up in the mountains of N.C.
