I am so glad that your cd 'Secrets' came up as a recommendation for me on Amazon.com. I've had it for about a month or so now, and I hardly listen to anything else... every song is a keeper. My vocal trio is starting to learn 'The Hard Way,' but I know I'll never be able to play the mandolin as well as you! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing musical gifts with all of us out here!

I enjoyed hearing you and Hwy 111 at merlefest this year.
It inspired me to write the following:
"My Mandolin Sings
Like a thrush on the heather
My mandolin sings,
Dancing as a tiny feather,
The joy that it brings!
If times be weighed by weather,

Whatever my heart's tether,

Wow. I first saw a video of you when you were 9 playing with Allison Krauss, I'm 19 and just started learning mandolin and it was crazy seeing you so young playing astoundingly. All I can say is that I'm glad I saw that video to help inspire me to learn and practice and to learn about someone else that I would love to buy their cd. By the way, you should come play some shows in Texas! :)
